10 String Stick at the Factory
Posted: Sun Feb 04, 2007 4:46 pmThis is a picture taken in the Barn office. It shows the 10 string STICK in construction for K Lord. It had pickups UNDER the pickguard and inlays of pelicans in flight that Kirk designed himself. This just came out of the finish room. It's Copper metallic and the masking tape is still on the fretboard. Notice the slanted pickups and the 10 string bridge. This was before PCs and autocad. All designs were done on this drafting table. This was played Chapman Style.
