Serial Numbers compiled Sept 2009

Postby ChrisClark on Wed Jan 27, 2010 10:25 pm

I posted this list on the FaceBook Time Guitar Fan Club, but it should be on this forum as well.

Here is a sales list found in my basement. This was marked as a 'June' Sale. I figure this was an inventory from 1986.
I have added what we already know for serial numbers as of Sept 2009.

We should have registry; you know, like this, for example: http://www.365gtc4.com/Registry/

That's a great idea.
Do you know of any good php open source 'registry' apps? Anyone? Got Time?
Or is anyone interested in starting/working on a Time Guitar WIKI entry?

Chris
P.S. I use that site all the time. Otherwise, I would lose track of all my Ferrari! :)

Yeah, me too.... :)

I don't know of a PHP app, but what wiki? I think a wiki could work well (that's what I use at work to keep track of software licenses) as long as you can't go in and change everyone's serial numbers to be your guitars

Well I'm thinking this forum is already a plain old SQL database running on with a php front-end. I looked quickly through the available mods yesterday at phpBB. [That's what this forum runs on.] and found nothing for adding a registry function. I don't see how posting to and viewing a serial number database is drastically different then posting to and viewing forum posts. Someone could write a 'roll your own' app for this, I just don't have the time.

The wiki I'm talking about is starting a Time Guitar wikipedia article. This would have the history, model identification and a who's who of Time Guitars.

What is this other wiki for your serial numbers? Kwiki?
